Services offered by the unit are:

1. Coordinate Ministry programmes
2. Capital Projects resource mobilization

3. Project appraisal

4.  Policy formulation, advice, review and analysis in line with National Development Programmes such as National Development Strategy(NDS) and Poverty  reduction and Action Programme (PRSAP) 

5. Guides the ministry’s development programme to ensure that it is aligned to the Sector Policies.
